KL University wins multiple honours at EduSkills HR Summit
KL Deemed to be University has secured a sweep of institutional and individual accolades at the EduSkills HR Summit and Connect 2026 held in Jaipur, with awards recognizing the university’s performance across rankings, campus placements, educator development, and large-scale student internship initiatives.
Top institutional honours
The university received four marquee awards for its overall performance and internship outcomes: the Top All India Ranking Award, Best Performing University Award–2026, 10K Students Internship Award, and 5K Students Internship Award. These honours acknowledge KL University’s institutional achievements and its efforts to facilitate internships at significant scale.
The awards were presented to university representatives by Nageshwar Rao, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), and K.K. Aggarwal, President of South Asian University.
Recognition for placements, educator development, and industry-linked learning
KL University also registered strong results in categories that assess workforce readiness and academic-industry integration. The institution was named for the Best Campus Placement Institution Excellence Award and the Institute of Excellence in Educator Development–2026, reflecting outcomes in student employability and faculty advancement.
Further, the university was recognised with the Assess2ME Most Engaged Institute Award–2026 and Best Performing Institute 2026 awards associated with HPE Juniper and Siemens, highlighting collaborations and performance in industry-aligned learning pathways. In addition, KL University received the Million Virtual Internship Milestone Award, marking progress in enabling virtual internship opportunities for students.
Individual accolades for leadership and academic excellence
Several members of the university leadership and faculty were honoured at the summit:
• G. Pardha Saradhi Varma received the Vice-Chancellor Excellence Award–2026.
• A. Srinath was presented the Dean Excellence Award.
• Kabir Pasha received the National Placement Leadership Award–2026.
• Radhika Rani Chintala was honoured with both the Distinguished Educator Award and the Women Leadership Award.
• S. Arun Metha was recognised with the Faculty Project Mentor Excellence Award.
Student teams win innovation challenge
KL University students also posted victories at the EduSkills Student Innovative Project Challenge. Team BioFlexi, represented by Harshita Durgaraju, won in the Microchip category, while Team Net Architects took top honours in the HPE Juniper category. Each winning team received a cash prize of ₹30,000.
