Malappuram to host KSTA State conference in February
The Kerala School Teachers Association (KSTA) will hold its State conference in Malappuram from February 4 to 6, 2027. Preparations for the three-day event began with a reception committee meeting convened in Malappuram on Monday, October 5, 2026, to coordinate arrangements and organisational responsibilities.
Planning meeting held in Malappuram
The reception committee meeting was inaugurated by former Local Administration Minister Paloli Mohammed Kutty. KSTA State president A.K. Beena presided over the proceedings, which brought together association leaders and public representatives to initiate the formal planning process for the conference.

Former Minister K.T. Jaleel; CPI(M) district secretary V.P. Anil; former secretary P.P. Vasudevan; former MLA V. Sasikumar; C. Usman; K. Badrunnisa; M.K. Sreedharan; K.P. Ramanan; J. Cleetus; K. Raghavan; and V.K. Rajesh addressed the meeting.
KSTA State secretary R.K. Binu presented the panel. State general secretary T.K.A. Shafi delivered the welcome address, and KSTA district secretary K. Saritha proposed a vote of thanks.
