The Maha Kumbh Mela, a rare event celebrated once every 144 years, is set to take place in Prayagraj from January 13 to February 26, 2025. As millions of devotees prepare to gather, the event holds immense spiritual significance, rooted in the belief that the Kumbh Mela washes away sins and offers salvation. The locations for this grand event are determined by astrological alignments, with Prayagraj, Haridwar, Ujjain, and Nashik hosting the festival in rotation based on the positions of Jupiter, the Sun, and the Moon.
