ED Raids Raj Kundra’s Residences in Money-Laundering Probe Linked to Porn Production

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday conducted raids at multiple locations, including the residences of Raj Kundra, in connection with a money-laundering investigation related to the production and distribution of pornographic content. The searches, spanning 15 locations across Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh, are part of an ongoing inquiry linked to a case filed by the Mumbai police in 2021. Kundra, previously arrested and later released on bail, is also under investigation for alleged involvement in a crypto-ponzi scheme. The ED had earlier attached assets worth Rs 98 crore linked to Kundra and his wife, Shilpa Shetty, alleging these were acquired through illicit activities.
