Balia horror: wife, lover arrested for murder and Dismemberment of Husband body parts

A shocking crime has been reported from Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, where a woman and her paramour have been arrested for allegedly killing the woman’s husband and chopping his body into small pieces to dispose of them at different locations.

Incident Details

The victim, identified as Devendra Ram, a retired electrician from the Border Roads Organization (BRO), was from Haripur village. His severed limbs were discovered in a polythene bag near Kharid village on Saturday. Further investigation revealed more body parts in a well two days later.

Investigation and Arrests

Senior Superintendent of Police Kripa Shankar led the investigation, which revealed that Devendra Ram’s wife, Bhumika, was having an illicit relationship with truck driver Anil Yadav. The couple’s frequent fights allegedly led to the conspiracy to kill Devendra Ram. Bhumika and Anil Yadav were arrested for their alleged involvement in the crime. Anil Yadav tried to flee and fired at police personnel, but was shot in the leg during retaliatory firing and subsequently apprehended. A third accomplice, Satish Yadav, was also arrested while attempting to flee.

Police Action

The police are taking stringent action against the accused and plan to present them before the court soon. The case is being investigated thoroughly to uncover any additional details.
