In a related development, officials from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) began demolishing unauthorized structures at Habitat Studio on Monday. This action came amid the ongoing controversy and after the ransacking incident. The studio was the site where Kamra filmed the comedy show, which is at the heart of the dispute. Kamra had previously used the term “gaddar” to describe Shinde’s controversial defection from the undivided Shiv Sena in 2022, further stoking tensions.
