Rashmika Mandanna has shared an exciting update on Pushpa 2: The Rule, revealing that the highly anticipated sequel is shaping up to be even more thrilling than its predecessor. The actress, who plays Srivalli in the film, recently took to Instagram to share her experience dubbing for the second half of the movie, which is set for a December 5 release.
In a behind-the-scenes photo from the dubbing studio, Rashmika was seen sporting a sad expression. In her caption, she wrote: “Now that the fun and games are over, let’s get down to business!! 🔥 Meaning- 1- Pushpa shoot is almost done… 2- Pushpa: The Rule- dub for the first half is over… 3- I am dubbing for the second half and MY GOD! The film’s first half is already freaking amazing, and the second half is even more so… I am literally short on words..”
The actress also teased fans, saying, “You guys are really, really in for a mind-blowing experience!!! I can’t waitttt!” She ended her post with a note of nostalgia, adding, “Ps: This face is for the shoot almost getting over, and I am sad about it!!”
Pushpa 2: The Rule continues the story of Pushpa Raj (played by Allu Arjun), a former daily wage worker turned red sanders smuggler. The first film left audiences on a cliffhanger, building anticipation for the sequel. The film features Allu Arjun in the lead role, with Rashmika Mandanna returning as his wife, Srivalli. Fahadh Faasil stars as the antagonist, SP Bhanwar Singh Shekawat, while Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Rao Ramesh, Dhananjaya, and Ajay also play pivotal roles.
