Despite facing competition from the much-awaited Singham Again directed by Rohit Shetty, which released with a larger screen count, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 managed to maintain a strong momentum, thanks in part to the Diwali weekend boost.
Overseas, the film continued to impress, earning ₹52 crore in the international markets. This takes its total worldwide earnings to an impressive ₹241 crore for its opening week.
