He has been admitted to the hospital in critical condition. While his condition remains critical. let us tell you that the young man alleges that the police was not taking action in his case. According to the information received, this young man who set himself on fire is a resident of Sahadatganj police station area. It is alleged that the police did not take action in his case due to which he got hurt and set himself on fire.
The youth name Munna had made serious allegations against the Alambagh police. The youth was struggling with financial difficulties due to this money transaction. The youth alleges that the police took him to Mawaiya outpost several times and beat him up there. The youth was having a dispute with the owner of Bengal Tent House regarding money transactions. After the dispute, the victim had given a complaint in Alambagh police station, but it is alleged that the police did not register a case. Due to a dispute with the owner and not getting the money, man was not able to pay his child’s school fees. Also, when he went to the police station, he was not heard. The young man was so hurt and broke down inside. After this, he could not find any way out, so he tried to commit suicide.
According to the information received from the doctors, about 50 percent of the body of the man has been burnt, he has been kept in the Intensive Burn Unit where he is undergoing treatment. At present, the DCP has taken cognizance of the matter and investigation is being said to be done in the matter.
